Become an Afterschool Advocate!

The Rhode Island Afterschool Plus Alliance is currently developing the Afterschool Advocate program, a grass-roots effort to engage public policy makers about the importance and benefits of afterschool programs. To do that, we need your help.

As an Afterschool Advocate, you'll be able to participate in a number of ways: direct advocacy with public policy makers, participating in planning meetings for developing RIASPA's legislative platform, emailing and calling your legislators, etc. Together we can increase support for all afterschool programs in the state.
